How to get your order?

1. Pick up and drop off the item(s) at our store

During ordering, you can choose to pick up your reservation at our store (1136 Budapest, Hegedűs Gyula utca 37-39) for free. If you have time, take a look around our shop. You can find different types of baby equipment, snack boxes, toys, gifts, and skincare products for both parents and children. You can also find out more about our Stroller Spa services, while your child plays in our kids’ corner. 

We also provide a restroom and a diaper-changing facility.

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9.00 AM–6.00 PM, Sat 9.00 AM–3 PM

2. Airport pick-up point

You can pick up and drop off the baby accessories you have booked and paid for on our website at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport.

Where can you find us?

Our airport pick-up point is located on the Arrival level, in the corridor between Terminals A and B. It is situated in the airport’s official Baggage Storage. Look for the “Luggage Storage, Left Luggage” sign.

Opening hours: Mon-Sun 6 AM–10 PM

Good to know:

  • It is only possible to pick up products booked and paid for on our website  (www.lottirose.com) in advance.
  • The reservation and the payment of the rental fee must be made 72 hours before departure (i.e. pick-up)
  • It is not possible to pay the rental fee at the airport pick-up point, it can only be paid by bank transfer or online at www.lottirose.com.
  • We ask for a deposit of 40,000 HUF or 100 EUR IN CASH when handing over the baby accessories, which amount will be returned after receiving the product without any damages.
  • You will need the booking confirmation number (order ID) – which is usually a 5-digit number – to pick up a reserved baby accessory. This identifier can be seen in the header of the order.
  • The fee for the pick-up point is 15 EUR.
  • You can find a video about the operation of each stroller, by clicking on the product on our website. These videos show the opening, folding, and basic functions of the items.

In case of damages:

  • If the customer leaves the carry bag of the stroller, 20 EUR will be deducted from the deposit.
  • If the stroller or the rented product is returned functionally damaged or incomplete, we will keep the deposit for 48 hours, during which time, we will look into servicing or replacing a missing element. The fee for this will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be returned. If the product is not returned, we will keep the full deposit and bill the difference between the market price of the stroller and the deposit.

Outside our opening hours:

  • From 4 to 6 AM, you can pick up and drop off your reserved items at the “Bag Wrap, Secure Luggage”  booth, on the “Departure” level at terminal B.
  • Other times, ask for help at the “Excess Baggage Company” luggage laminator on the “Departure” level or by calling 06203809926.

Emergency cases:

If you realize at the airport that you need a stroller, we can help. We have a cabin-sized Cybex Libelle stroller at our pick-up point for these cases. Make a standard reservation and pay online at www.lottirose.com, and leave the deposit in cash at the pick-up point. Finally, to pick up the stroller, present the booking confirmation number that you received by e-mail.

Payment & Prices

Rental Payment

In case of making your reservation in advance at our website, you can pay during ordering online either with SimplePay or via bank transfer.

If you hop into our store and make the reservation on the spot, you can pay by cash or card.

The rental fee is to be paid in advance. Your reservation is valid if the payment was successful. In case of any problems with your payment, we can only hold your reservation for 48 hours, after that your reservation is going to be canceled.

We clean and sanitize all the equipment with the help of Flora Miniwash, the Stroller Spa. Because of the cleaning procedure, the minimum fee to be paid is the amount of 2 days’ rent.

Deposit

We ask for 40 000 HUF or a 100 EUR cash deposit after you made your reservation. We will return the deposit right after receiving all the products without any damages.

In case of any damage to the equipment, that causes a functional or price value problem, we keep the deposit and investigate the condition of the product. The customer must pay the cost of the service and repair, which amount will be determined within 72 hours.

In case of losing the item(s), the customer must pay the full purchase price of the product(s).

In case of dropping off the item(s) extremely dirty, the customer must pay 50% of the equipment’s cleaning fee, which prices are determined at the Stroller Spa section.

We only accept deposits in cash.
